Our warranty rules for what does this warranty cover or not cover, how long does the coverage last, and what will Luckypads do.

 

This warranty applies to all purchases made from www.luckypads.com

1. This product was manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices under strict quality control and process management

 2. The manufacturing warranty against any defect is for a period of 3 months from the date of store purchase or receipt of the item from an online purchase. For online purchase, all shipping costs will be incurred by the company once it is established that the item is defective due to materials and/or workmanship.

3.This warranty excludes damage as a result of improper handling, accident or other causes that are not defects in materials and/or workmanship, such as leaking due to improper use, pad odor, normal wear & tear, or inappropriate undoing of the snaps.

4. Warranty is void when:

   The washing & drying instructions have not been followed.

    The product has been purposely abused.

5. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer relevant to the state or country of purchase.
