Our current ship-to list includes: United States, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Spain, Thailand, Israel, Hong Kong, Australia, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Canada, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Greece, Finland, Ireland, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Dubai

Please be aware that all cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may incur customs duties and taxes according to the laws of your country. These fees are entirely outside of our control, and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Method:

We offer 2 kinds of shipping method for you to chose, they are ePacket and DHL Express.

ePacket: Shipments take around 10-25 business days and tracking number is given.

ePacket Tracking website:

DHL Express: Shipments take around 4-5 business days and tracking number is given.

DHL Express Tracking website:

Note that business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.


Order Processing Time:

Once you submit your order, and receive an order confirmation number, it will take our fulfillment team 1 - 3 business days to process and pack it for shipment. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or on the weekend will be processed and packed on the following Monday or Tuesday. If you order during a sitewide sale or around a holiday, please allow an extra 2 - 3 days for processing before shipment.

You'll receive notification by email when your order is shipped, which will contain tracking information if available.

Parcel Declaration:

We usually declare as "cloth pads" and your order real value, if you have special request about this, Let us know!!



If an international package is returned to us for the following reasons, refund will be issued minus the shipping & handling charges, including the original shipping cost, and will also include a 20% restocking fee:
-non-payment of duty, taxes, and/or fees,
-marked "unclaimed"
-undeliverable for reasons due to the receiver

All refunds will be issued only if the products arrive back to us in satisfactory condition.
