Anyone looking for comfortable, reusable menstrual protection — including teens, adults, postpartum users, travelers, athletes, and people with sensitive skin.
Q: Can period underwear replace pads or tampons?
For many people, yes — especially during light to medium flow days. For very heavy flow, some users combine period underwear with reusable overnight pads or menstrual cups for extra protection.
Q: Can period underwear be worn all day?
Many users comfortably wear reusable period underwear for several hours depending on absorbency level, flow strength, and activity level.
Q: How do I know when my period underwear is full?
Signs may include moisture feeling wet, visible blood on the top layer, leakage, odor, or the absorbent gusset feeling heavy.
Q: How many pairs of period underwear do I need?
Most beginners start with 3–5 pairs and gradually build their reusable collection depending on flow level and laundry routine.
Q: Is period underwear good for heavy flow and overnight use?
Yes. High-absorbency styles are specifically designed for heavy periods and overnight wear with extended leakproof coverage.
Q: Is period underwear good for sensitive skin?

Q: Can teens use period underwear?
Absolutely. Many teens prefer period underwear because it feels similar to regular underwear and may help reduce anxiety about leaks.
Q: How long does period underwear last?
Most reusable period underwear lasts between 2–5 years depending on washing habits, fabric quality, and frequency of use.

My daughter says these are super comfortable. On heavier days, she mainly wears them overnight along with a pad for extra protection. They’re fine alone on light days, but they do leak through on heavy days, so keep that in mind. They’re really well made, and she often wears them just as regular underwear because they’re that comfortable!
Amazing protection from these. The gusset is really nice and long. It's been so hard to find period underwear with a long gusset. Absolutely love these and they're so comfortable. Going to buy another set; these will be my go-to and I'll have the Knix on reserve instead since I have leaked with them because their gusset is so short.
Great brand, works as advertised. Sizing was right as advertised. Great product. Comfortable, for day and night.
Don’t have to worry about leaks again. Safe, effective and comfortable during any time of the day.
These are super comfy and sit snug enough to feel safe but are not as tight fitting as others I bought before.
